3R WOKS is an excellent company to work with. I had a larger project. Lots of remodeling Victor and his crew worked Six days a week. Lots of hours did lots of work in a short period of time. High quality was very accommodating. I have recommended him two other friends and if I need work in the future, he would be my first phone call thank you 3R WOKS my house is wonderful now

Victor did repair works for my home due to water damage. The works include replacing floor in master bathroom & hallway bathroom; re-stretching and shampooing carpet on all affected rooms. He and his crew completed the work very quickly and in a satisfactory manner. I highly recommend his work.

Victor saved our kitchen. We had hoped to work with him on a dishwasher install in the fall but his busy schedule (he's popular for a reason!) led to us working with a gig employee from Porch.com. Big mistake! The job was done poorly and within a few weeks the dishwasher was trying to escape from below our counter. I told Victor about the issue and he asked good questions, discerning the situation, and promptly ordering clips for a proper mounting. He arrived and completed the job in an hour. He explained his work throughout the repair process so I could better understand what was done improperly by the previous guy. He then guaranteed his work. We hired Victor to finish our garage and turn it into a completed room where we were installing an exercise spa. Victor provided us a comprehensive and detailed bid in a timely manner. He began work as scheduled and hired a electrician as a subcontractor to do the necessary electrical work. The electrician did an excellent job and Victor insulated the walls, put up the sheet rock did the mudding the texturing and painting of the space as well as installed industrial exhaust fan, ceiling fan a wall-mounted television and more. He also finished the floor by doing a custom paint job with metallic sparkle particles on top and a clearcoat finish. He helped move the things we had stored in our garage out to the driveway and covered them safely before he began work. When he and his excellent crew were finished with the project they helped move everything back into place per our request. Victor was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and always arrived when he was expected. He is very genuine, has proven to be extremely trustworthy, and we are extremely pleased with the results of the project. I would highly recommend him for any work that a general contractor could do. I will be hiring him again to remodel our bathroom. Overall it was an excellent experience and the results are fantastic! If I had any criticism it was that the project went about a week over schedule because certain elements of the job took longer than anticipated.

This was an awful experience. We started in April 2019. I needed a demo of garage...roof came down with snow in Feb..and a garage built. While Victor and his crew did work hard that is all that can be said...hard workers. His estimate was gravely under bid. The demo assumed a lot of my stuff I wished to keep...gone! I paid for & supplies and he used this money for the demo, which overran by $6000, and is now keeping the remaining funds. Must have been used to one of his out of town times. He put me off numerous times for engineering which most likely may not have been needed. After waiting on him for months, Victor then suggests to me that since he has performed unsatisfactorily he feels we should not continue. So here I am out lots of time, quite a bit of money, belongings in a container and no garage. Very very unhappy. And now home advisor must also be in trouble as none of the 3 phone numbers I can find are connected.

My wife and I hired Victor Onkoba to rennovate our house. His tile work is beautiful. He is one of the hardest working people you will ever have the privilege to meet. His positive attitude translates into his work as well. My father-in-law has used several contractors before and said that his drywall work is the best he has seen. My wife and I feel so fortunate that we have someone trustworthy to do quality work on our house. Please save yourself time and money by giving 3R works a call.
