I had Jared remove a shed that had flood damage from my backyard. The area was tight and difficult to work in, but him and his crew got the job done on time without any damage to my fence or house. Awesome communication,very professional and great pricing. I'd 100% use them again and recommend him and his crew to anyone.

We hired Jared to help with an addition to our home. He was accurate in his bid and timeline for completion. There were no surprises along the way with exception of the fact he was honest, diligent and the pride he takes in his craft is apparent in the quality of his work. It was a pleasant surprise to see that contractors like this really do still exist. If you are looking to have some construction work done, I wouldn't make a final decision on a contractor without looking at your project and talking to Jared first.

I hired COR Demolition LLC to level and grade my backyard for an artificial turf project, and Jared absolutely crushed it. The job was a lot more complicated than we expected — uneven terrain, tight access, and specific grade requirements — but he handled everything with technical precision and total professionalism.
Jared took the time to explain his plan, adjusted on the fly when surprises popped up, and made sure the final grade was perfect for drainage and turf install. The quality of his work shows, and he left the site clean and prepped exactly how I needed it.
If you need work done right the first time, Jared is your guy. Highly recommend COR Demolition LLC.

He also did some custom work on our railing ensuring it was OSHA approved. We couldn’t be happier with his work.
