Before he did anything that had options, he let us know and fully walked us through the differences before we made a decision. He also scheduled the work out so that we could still utilize the house (the tile areas blocked all walkways to the upstairs) by stepping carefully around small sections. His work was well done and am planning to hire him again when we finally redo our master bath. He also complete tile install for some family members and they were also very happy with his work."

"I can’t recommend Clint and Footprint Floors any higher. We were feeling a little stressed with getting our tile kitchen floor installed and Clint made the whole process easy, and stress free. We had an old home with a non ideal subfloor. Josh was the installer, and he is a 10/10. The job was bid for 2-3 days but ended up taking about 6 due to a rotten subfloor. Instead of cutting corners as most would do, Josh replaced the subfloor and took the necessary time to make sure the floor was level and that the job was done right vs fast. Josh has an amazing attention for detail, and we couldn’t be more happy with how the floor turned out. Hire Clint and Josh if you want a perfect floor install for a very fair price."

"Had Empire install wood, carpet and tile in my house. The installers for the wood flooring were great. I need them to break it up over 2 weekends and they were very accommodating. These guys did a great job on the floor and made sure that all was cleaned up when they finished. The tile installer was phenomenal. He was very helpful with the pattern my wife wanted. The floor looks amazing. They did a good job installing the carpet but, I have never had an installer take all the remnants and scraps. If I ever needed a piece for a patch, I’m out of luck. All in all, they did a good job."

"Great from Start to Finish We hired Signature Tile to do the tile work for two bathrooms in our home. Chad was great to work with from start to finish. We scheduled our project more than a month out because he is busy, and he started and finished on time. Clear communication throughout the project. This included making sure that we had the right tile and quantities, and that the bathrooms were ready for the work to begin. This made the job go so smoothly. There were no surprises. Chad kept the work areas clean as he progressed through the project. We wanted a change order mid-way through the project (add a shower niche that we had forgotten to include) and Chad was easy to work with, offered suggestions, and was clear on the additional price. "We had initially tried to use Lowes or HomeDepot as they had special price offers but because the job wasn't "cookie cutter" straight forward they had lots of restrictions and add-ons that made us uncomfortable. We picked Olympia Floor Source from the listing on Angies List and couldn't have been happier. They cam in with a price that was below the box stores and were great to work with and responsive to our needs. The vinyl was laid over an existing floor that wasn't in great shape and needed some patching and leveling. The installer Nathan and his son Noah and friendly and cooperative and the final product looks great. Am looking to use them again for our next carpeting job!"
