He is a thoughtful and very responsive communicator who we could always count on to perform the tasks he scheduled throughout our project. He brought in very skilled team of subcontractors who he made sure didn’t disrupt our home life and office work activities. Eric was generous with sharing his expertise and insights that helped us make decisions on key details. We had about an 80 percent design and selected all the tile, fixtures, and custom cabinets but Eric’s attention to detail brought it all together, especially on our counters and master bath shower. Always patient and friendly, he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the progression and the outcomes. He’s also committed to backing up his work. I suffered a serious leg injury after the remodel and Eric kindly went the extra step to come to our house and install a new light fixture in our bedroom. "Had them rip out the fireplace that was installed poorly in 1990. A bit costly, but I doubt a single handyman could have done it in a timely fashion. Done in 3 days start to finish. I was expecting some water damage, but it was much worse. Getting a exact price for the work out of them beforehand was impossible. Ultimately it cost $2500 extra do to having to replace more sections of the roof and support beans. They didn't pull a fast one, the wood crumbled when touched. Labor isn't cheap. Would hire them again because the work is solid."
