It is construction and many things can happen. That said, we pride ourselves in taking care of our customers when a job does not go as planned. We are unaware of any lawsuit for 416k. When we finished your deck, back in the summer on 2019, you were very happy with your deck and even left us a great review. I do recall that you had opted for the wood deck as apposed to the composite material that is so popular here in the pacific northwest.
