They installed a kitchen backsplash and they left both my kitchen and the outside work area absolutely spotless! We will absolutely use them again and I have already asked by my friends for their information!!! Also wanted to mention that the owner even stopped by mid project to check in with us to make sure everything thing was going satisfactorily. ".Although Jake is a very nice person, he needs to communicate!!!!!! Before we agreed on a price, there were times that we didn't hear from Jake for 2 weeks. The previous rating was a little generous. 
   Now, 8 months later, we had Jake install a new kitchen faucett. The hot and cold water lines under the sink were put on backwards. Example: left knob is cold--right knob hot. Called him on the phone ( he was actually reached) and explained the problem. He said he would return the following day. Nothing. I have left him 3 messages to call me-no return calls. If you want to hire this company, beware of no return calls.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
