"The other night I saw a mouse run across my dining room, an then I found a dead one by my couch. I was shocked eek I hadn’t seen any mice in my house for years, but I was having a remodel so that could have something to do with it I called Tri Guard I told the that this was my biggest nightmare so they put in an emergency and the technician name KEENEEN came around 4 o’clock that day. He was so nice. His Customer Servic was so laid-back sweet and we got to talking about nightmares and he didn’t like my teeth. He was great. We went around my house looking for tunnels. "The install was supposed to be complete in 2 days. It took 7 and we were left without heat in October for 6 of them. The install was defective - pipes weren't attached and we were heating the crawl space for over a month before my husband identified the problem.
