Saw a lot of yellow jackets swarming and entering a small crevice in the eves at my cabin in Marblemount. Contacted Roger through angi on Saturday and he quoted me a great price, especially considering he was having to drive from Mount Vernon, and said he could get out there on Monday. He showed up when he said, explained more thoroughly the problem I had, and how he was going to handle it, reiterated his quote, and he went to work. When he was done he explained the things I could do to help minimize the chance of a reoccurance in the future, and he warrantied his work for thirty days. Haven't seen any more yellow jackets since then. Would highly recommend using his services.

Itâ s really too soon for me to rate the quality of the service, since the professional has just started. He says he will return in one week, and then come back twice more, I believe, and two and four months, at which time we will get a five year guarantee against rodents. At this point everything has been wonderful and he has been quite efficient, but I would rather wait until the job is completed to offer an accurate review

He missed the first appointment, said it was an emergency, and rescheduled. Then he ghosted me. He did not show up to the rescheduled appointment after my family changed our weekend plans for him, did not message me, and did not respond to my voicemail or email.

Roger is quick, efficient, knowledgeable ,and did a great job putting mesh up and getting rid of the pigeons and put up netting for dry and air vents, and knocking down some wasp nest.
