totally taking advantage of my mom who has been trying to cancel service for months. seems like a scam

Professional and courteous

Service Technician very professional & friendly. This was the initial visit as part of our service contract. Answered all of our questions to ensure our collective understanding of the treatment process both indoors and outdoors. My only feedback was when asked directly during our Q&A before service contract signed regarding going into the crawl space and technician responding 'Yes of course', I found out after the visit when inquiry with my husband what he found in the crawl space, the technician did not go into crawl space as he stated they do not go into the crawlspace for 'Ant' control.

I have been overall very happy with the service. On occasion I've had to have them come back and re-spray but they are very willing to do that and very efficient.

They will lower the price to get your business. I appreciated they had clear communication, arrived on time, and swiftly completed the work

Quick to respond (called within minutes and had availability same day). Thorough explanation and walk through of pricing and scope. Managed expectations well and delivered on what they promised! I would highly recommend them!

They are fast to respond and send updates via email and by phone call. The price is a little steep to me but I don't know the standard here. The pest control tech showed up quite late for the appointment and without a ladder for the pests in the attic BUT he went the extra mile while being over here, getting the traps into some very hard to reach places.

The sales and service personnel are usually all professional, courteous, prompt and efficient. Have not had any spiders, wasps nor seen any rats come out of my stone wall. The only complaint I have is my initial contract was more costly so I did not renew. Then it was lowered $20 per service. I wish companies would just give you the best price initially and avoid the negotiation that ensues. I know many companies do this like Comcast and Seattle times. Makes it more pleasant to continue patronizing these companies if they did this especially for senior citizens who are on a set budget.

Luke came to my house and introduced me to your company. He was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He was so knowledgeable he made me feel comfortable doing business right away! He answered all questions that I had upfront and was not pushy and did not make me feel like the service was being forced on me. He’s a very good young salesman! He sent Robin out right away within an hour for the service. Robin was very friendly and professional as well. He gave me a video to watch to learn the process of what he was doing and explained as he was doing it. He was wearing a mask and shoe coverings without me having to ask and was very respectful of my home. He did a very thorough job- fast and efficient! Would recommend Edge because of the wonderful service from both Robin and Luke that I received today. Thank you both!!

I first contacted Edge during summer of 2020 through a google search. I contacted numerous ant exterminators in town and found them to be one of the most competitive. I wasn't ready at the time, so I didn't hire them. But, they did give me a good first impression on the phone through their customer service. I hired them in August of 2021 because our ant problem was getting worse especially in the kitchen. They also offered me their friends and family rate to fill empty time slots. The exterminator was a young gentleman named Jesse. He was very polite, gentle, and knowledgeable for being with the company for only two months. The appointment didn't take long. I'd say an hour tops. He came around 10:00 a.m. and was finished before 11:00 a.m. My home has 1,800 sq. ft. so not that big. He sprayed all the interior baseboards inside the house both upstairs and downstairs and in every room. He also sprayed the entire exterior foundation, cement walkways, around my medium-sized Tuff-brand shed, fence areas, porch steps, and around our mature Blue Spruce backyard tree using an organic product mainly derived from African chrysanthemum. He even cleared cobwebs and applied a special dust to kill spider egg sacks near our front door jamb corners to prevent spiders from spreading. I unfortunately wasn't present during the time Jesse was spraying but my dad was home to monitor him. When I got home, I saw that Jesse was wearing shoe protectors but no masks. That was disappointing because not only did my dad not say anything to Jesse but I did specifically talk to a customer service rep on the phone to request in advance that the exterminator wears a mask since I am immunocompromised. I bought a five session package that consist of an initial appointment and four sessions every 90 days (quarterly). The day after the first appointment, we saw a significant reduction of ants in the kitchen. They said we shouldn't see anymore after two weeks. I enjoy my experience and the results so far with the exception of Jesse not wearing a mask during a pandemic. I look forward to completing all four session.

We have had this female tech service our home before and she is great. Very thorough and knowledgeable about her work. We would appreciate her being our future tech applicator as she did an excellent job.
