I scheduled a tune for my heat pump, Allred was thorough and quick in setting the appointment, and communication of status and pending arrival time was on point. Raphael arrived, walked me through the maintenance steps he planned to take and the sequencing of the job, gave me an anticipated time to complete, and was at work immediately. All stated deliverables were met, and he provided a thorough after service report complete with pictures to show the work that was done and the recommended additional maintenance that would be wise to do to extend the life of our equipment. He was courteous, pleasant, clean and well-spoken, and I felt completely comfortable with him working in our home. I will continue to recommend Allred to my friends seeking HVAC services, and have sent several folks their way already. Very happy customer, exceptionally positive experience."

There was a problem with the electronics in the thermostat from the factory, they worked late and had to bring a new thermostat the next day, but the new one works perfectly. We will hire again for any other HVAC needs. We chose a higher quality AC unit and are glad we went with a quieter model, the unit is so quiet in the backyard."

"With freezing weather on the way, it was time (past time) for maintenance service on our 10-year-old gas furnace.  After much research on the List, I called Pacific Air Systems because of their positive reviews.  The office staff were cheerful and helpful, and they worked with us to get an appointment time that would disrupt our workday as little as possible.  Technician Nathan was perfectly on time.  He was friendly and professional, everything you would want in a technician (he was even very kind to my pet).  He explained up front what the maintenance service would include.  Fortunately, no problems were encountered.  One component was at the end of its useful life, and he gave me the option of replacing it now or waiting, and he explained the ramifications.  I played it safe and replaced the part while he was here.  When done, he explained the company's optional service contracts with absolutely no pressure to buy anything.  I did decide to purchase a one-year agreement just to avoid the hassle of trying to remember to schedule next year's maintenance appointment.  It's a good idea to have reliable service providers lined up for your plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs in advance, and I feel very confident in Pacific Air Systems after this.

"Ron, the owner was fantastic, punctual, friendly, and helpful! Before we moved in, we wanted to get our air ducts cleaned. Ron answered all of my questions on the phone and was very helpful in explaining the work he would do and was very straightforward with pricing. Ron charged a flat rate that also included dryer vent cleaning and a sanitizing treatment. We didn't plan on getting our dryer vents cleaned but after seeing how much gunk he pulled out, we were so grateful he did it! It probably saved us from a fire. He showed up early, worked very quickly and was gave us some really valuable tips on how to clean out our furnace and do annual maintenance to upkeep our system better. Highly recommend.
