We have cancelled our home service warranty now that we have the Harts plan, as they cover plumbing, electrical, and will soon have HVAC services. Yes, I know that their prices might be a tad higher than others (although our jobs have been in line with other quotes) but it pays for their extensive training, warranty, knowledge, and great and responsive customer service. You get what you pay for and we are at the point in our life where we are ready to pay for quality and peace of mind."
