"I was nervous taking my van to a new place because I don't know much about automobile care, but I felt at home right away.   I think the man's name was Craig was at the counter and welcomed me and found out what was going on with my van.   I was there about an hour or so, and the waiting room was really nice- comfy chairs, coffee and soft drinks available, and really great magazines.  When the van was ready to go, they went over everything with me and told me about things that would need to be done at the next oil change but I didn't have to worry about right now.  I know about how much to start saving up for some repairs that will be needed.   I went straight to the emissions test facility and passed the test with no problems.   I'm really looking forward to going back to Turn Key Auto.  They seem to treat everyone who walks in like an  old friend.  The mechanic even oiled the door hinges that were really creaking even though I hadn't mentioned them.

I didn't even get another bid after talking to this guy. They can use the existing ductwork from my furnace. They were part of the electric utility. They do all kinds of HVAC stuff. They've been around for a while. They started out as kind of a utility and now they aren't doing the utility work anymore. They will just check on anything you need. There's a 15% discount, which is big when you're looking at getting new furnace and air conditioning. Totally professional. Very knowledgeable. Very security conscious. Showed me his badge and everything. He sat in my garage and did the contract and talked about dates and everything."

We also had him clean our dryer duct as it also was under the house. He took it apart and brushed it clean. We were so happy with all his work that we had him clean all of our furnace ducts with his power brush and vacuum."
