"Dalia and Edgar came out to give me a bid to blow leaves to the back of my property. I agreed to their price and they came out the next day. While I was at work, they texted me that there were more leaves than they thought and only blew my leaves 3/4 of the way to the back of my property, still on the grass! She stated there must have been a misunderstanding, but i showed them where my neighbors and i dump our grass clippings (very obvious) She said there were 4 workers and it was going to be more labor than they thought and more gas. I said you came out and bid the job, and now you want more money to finish it is bad business practice. So their employees get $100 an hour??? Dalia also has a house cleaning business. I would not hire these dishonest individuals with landscaping services or house cleaning. They were only there 1 hour and 15 min, took the check for $420 and quickly cashed it. "

When I called to follow up we agreed a time (1245), then I received a text to say that the new time was 245pm. I texted to ask if this was confirmed and was told that it may be better if I found an outfit closer to my home. Punchline: after 3+ hours and several exchanges carrying his commitment, he texts me to cancel and apologize. I asked him if there?s anything he can do to make things right, but he didn?t respond or return my follow up call. Just a bad business experience. Sounded like a nice guy but this is shady business practice, at best. Do not recommend."
