"Insulation Northwest did a fantastic job insulating my 1944 house recently, with Drill & Fill in ground-floor walls never before insulated, plus a complete insulation of the second floor attics and interior walls. They were super-careful cutting and drilling my old cedar shakes, replacing them perfectly and caulking them afterwards. They worked around plants without damaging a thing while doing the walls outside. I have old lath and plaster walls but blowing in the fill left not even a hairline crack or any trace on the inside. Much appreciated! They spent two long days at my house and they were clean, friendly, professional, and helpful . "I needed my attic insulation updated. It had the original “blown in” loose material from 1975. After 49 years it had deteriorated and compressed. It was only a few inches deep. Also a leak in our old roof (recently replaced) had caused some mold in the old insulation. It had to be removed completely and redone. I called JB Insulation and asked for an estimate. Jose came over and inspected our attic. His experience and expertise was evident by how he explained everything. I felt very confident that I wanted his company to do the job. His price was very competitive and offered us the most value for our money. On the day of the job, his guys took much care in preparing for the job. They covered and taped our floors and wall corners to protect our home’s interior. They used a high powered insulation vacuum and removed all of the old insulation. They installed the new insulation and new baffles all in one day. Our attic looks great and we are really happy with their work. Yes I would recommend JB Insulation."

He walked me through the entire process, explained what needed to be done & why, then got to work! He is extremely professional, thorough, and kind! He wore protective booties or socks each time he stepped inside, and he cleaned up all the mess- including the dryer lint in the bushes outside! I got before & after photos and videos, too! We got two estimates from them (and another from a different company). We hired Hybrid. The crew was pleasant, hard working, and cleaned up when they were done. "I initially contacted Perma-Dry after seeing that I was still getting water in my garage in an area that had been repaired twice by others.  They sent out an estimator within a few days who gave me lots of good advice on several issues that I was having.  I thought that I could not afford the work this year and let him know.  Then, I changed my mind after we had rain for the first time in months.  Perma-Dry honored my quote from May and did the work in 1 day.  They installed drains in my garage and also put some sealant in the spot where the water was coming in.  Perma-Dry was very responsive to many questions that I had, and the guy in charge that day had me look things over and also warned us to give the wet cement 4 days to dry completely.  It has rained several times since the work was done and the problem seems to be solved.  I like also that the work is guaranteed.
