We shopped the job around and Lake Washington came out on top not just with a fair price, but they had me convinced that they had the know how and logistics capability to pull the job off smoothly. Boy did they ever! Over the course of two weeks we got the pleasure of working with excellent crews (Denzel, Jordan, Ricky, Justin, Christiano, Andy, and a bunch more whose names I've forgotten) who made construction in my house as pleasant as possible.
