I hardly knew they were here half the time, they were so low-key. We had them do the baseboards and outer door frames on our living, dining, and hallway areas. We'd refinished the wood floors over the summer, and hadn't gotten around to painting and installing the new trim, and finally just realized we didn't want to do it ourselves, and hired it out. They completed the work yesterday, which was well in line with our agreements, and it turned out beautifully! I just walked down the hall, and said internally, "Wow, this looks so great." ? My partner said the same thing when he got home and inspected it. We're both impressed and pleased with it, and Isaac's attention to detail, and willingness to be super diligent for me, were highly valuable! "Initially all was well. They showed up on time. The installers did not read the directions nor test the tub before they installed it. I had ordered a special drain kit that the manufacturer suggested for this tub but they didn't use it. When I came home and saw the drain kit I ordered sitting there and the tub installed I didn't know what to think. They were not responsive about why it wasn't used, I had to call several times. Also, the tub was NOT working after they left. I was told it was plugged in and working but it wasn't. Fortunately a neighbor came over and after some investigation we discovered the outlet for the whirlpool tub plugs was not "hot" nor was the tub plugged in. They had said it was working when clearly it was not. The communication was very poor. I also asked for an estimate to fix an outdoor faucet and never received it."

My only concern was the cost of the job, which was considerably more than I expected, and I felt that at least one component of the overall quote was quite unreasonable. I am referring to the cost of the expansion tank, which was quoted at $650.00, approximately $400.00 for the expansion tank itself, and approximately $233.00 for the labor cost of installing the expansion tank. Because this seemed excessively expensive to me, I looked online and found the required expansion tank at Home Depot for $39.50. So I went to Home Depot and purchased the expansion tank for $39.50, but I still had to pay Harts the $233.00 for installation of the expansion tank, which took the installer approximately 15 minutes."
