He listened to all of our requirements for our new deck to replace the old deck, did the design exactly as specified and handled submitting the design and obtaining the permit from the city. Throughout the permit process Scott handled getting inspections completed for each stage including the final approval. Our deck is a two level deck connected by a staircase. It included new footings and also other cement work around an adjacent hot tub.
