"After speaking with me, Tracy realized I was very upset about the situation, and had Rick call me to better understand my concerns and the facts of the situation.  I told him what had been done by the other company, and the information they gave me about the results of their inspection.  

Rick treated my concerns with great empathy and concern, and told me that in his experience the situation probably was not as dire as I thought.  He said he would have two of his folks come out the next morning to re-do the inspection and determine if a replacement was required.  Just speaking with him over the phone calmed my fears, and gave me the feeling that everything would turn out alright.  It was like talking with your big brother who you could always count on to take care of a difficult situation you found yourself in.  

It turned out the owner of the original company was at my house an hour after a call I made to them before contacting Aces Four.  They re-did the inspection and found, as Rick had surmised....that the line was fine, the dip in the line was minor, and they saw no issues that would require the line to be replaced.  

I will rely on Aces Four for my future plumbing, sewer, and water line needs from now on.  I thank Tracy and Rick for their concern and quick response to my situation.  They clearly care about their customers, and will do their utmost to provide outstanding services to anyone who calls them for help."

"I highly recommend Emerson Construction Inc. (ECI) for your site preparation needs. Their work on my project was conducted on time and within the budget and per the scope identified, and were competitive in pricing compared to others for the area. The owner, Michael Emerson, was very communicative and friendly to work with throughout project completion. He and his staff arrived on time and worked during the hours we identified with no disruption or complaint from the neighboring property owners. I hired Emerson Construction Inc. to conduct site clearing and grading on a site adjacent to a sensitive area wetland and waterfront. The site was sloped and access to the site was narrow with a tight turnaround. The project involved tree and brush removal and cleanup, tiered grading of the parcel, coordination for import of 4-5-man basalt rock and construction of four walls, and finally import of topsoil and final grading and contouring. I was extremely satisfied with the end product as it matched the design plans precisely. It is my honest opinion that anyone who contracts with ECI will be in good hands and getting the same commitment to service that I received. I believe in upfront concise two-way communication on any project and that is what I got from ECI. I believe they are committed to the client."

"Lord Contracting Services was a very easy and reliable company to work with. I work 13 hours a day minimum and could only meet after their normal hours of operation, but they made an exception to come take a look at my project when it was convenient for me. They then did the work, while I was at work (under my approval) and did a fantastic job. A process I thought was going to be a headache and a half ended up being pain free thanks to LCS. I will hire them again on my next project."

"Overall the service was good.  Very professional and efficient.  I would say the service was a little more expensive than I thought it was going to be. Including coupon and what I paid the cost was over $600 for a one half hour worth of service. Probably will shop around a little  more next time to compare prices.
