"Aces Four installed a sewer cleanout and hydrojetted my sewer line to clean what was diagnosed as "soft blockage". They did this for half the cost of another bid, and also ran a sewer scope. I was very pleased with this work. However, the sewer scope revealed another issue further down the line causing slow draining. Because of water in the line they were not able to make a definitive diagnosis, and the blockage was too far to reach with a snake. Still, they recommended digging out the line at about $8,000. Later I found another plumber willing to attach two snakes together to clear that blockage. After that was cleared, sewer scope revealed cracks/holes that can be sealed without digging out the line for under $4,000. On one hand I really appreciate the job they did for me, and I can understand that they could not make a proper diagnosis with the water in the line. But they did not offer alternative solutions, so I had to call someone else to figure out the issue. Still, I would call them in the future, and in fact just recently did that."

"I called on Saturday and Cliff answered my call right away.  He was responsive and enthusiastic. I assumed I would not be able to have the work done until sometime the next week if then, but if it fit my schedule, Cliff wanted to come out that day and get it done.  That worked for me!
Cliff came out and was as polite and enthusiastic in person as he was on the phone.  He was able to tear down my shed, load it, the stand alone shelving and drawers, and a pile of wood that also needed to go in under 2 hours by himself.  He raked and smoothed over my gravel driveway where the tires of his truck had dug in.  
I was extremely pleased with his service and would happily recommend and/or use his service again.

"The came the same day I phoned them to estimate they work.  They spent alot of time talking to me and making sure they understood exactly what I wanted done and discussed various options to accomplish it.  They provided a very thorough and fixed estimate on the spot.  I felt based on our discussion that they would do an excellent job and that the price was fair so I did not compare prices to other suppliers.  I agreed for them to do the work. they clearly marked everything to be done so that there were no issues the day of the job, this was great and gave me confidence in their attention to detail and quality.  They came at the agreed time to do the job, they were very good about confirming and making sure the time worked.  They showed up on time and did a great job.  On the day of service I asked for some additional work to be done (removal of large rhoddy's) and they did the work for an additoinal agreed amount, I think the cleanup from this section of the work could have been better.   Even with this,  I would definitely hire them again and recommend them.  They did so much work, had excellent communicaiton and were very interested in doing a good job. I think it was possibly just a misunderstanding about the level of cleanup on on the  add on peice.  If I have any more tree work I will definitely use them.
