As a newcomer to the community, I faced some challenges with my HOA approval process to remove a tree. However, Mike went above and beyond to help me navigate the process with ease. They had a break in their schedule and were able to come out the next morning. They showed up just prior to the agreed time, just like I like. They were a 4 man team and very efficient. I was really pleased they were able to get as much done in a day as they did. They were also able to adapt to challenges that arose. Mike had a crew member go rent a lift so he could do certain cuts without damaging other trees and structures. I also appreciated that Mike and the guys answered any question I had. They are a locally owned and operated family business. Love that. I can’t remember the last time I experienced such great service. They are my new tree guys.

AMAZING CREW! Only thing to hit the roof was some sawdust and some leaves, which, when you consider that the large diameter branches were fully above and beyond my pump house, fence and many other trees. Mike and his crew at WRTS did an excellent job. They arrived everyday on time. They removed all the trees and stumps as promised. Communications with Mike were timely, and after every day on the job, they cleaned up before leaving for the day. Watching Mike drop 125’ trees exactly where they needed to go was very impressive. 10 of the trees removed from our yard were within 30’ of our home. Not one even fell close to the house, and he was working in a very tight space. Mike’s entire crew were very polite, and they all are very hard working fellows. We couldn’t be happier with the work. You will not go wrong with White River Tree Service!

Great team, exceeded expectations. Mike the owner provided clear timeline. They removed 4 trees 120ft+. Did not damage my wifes garden near the base of the trees. Removed the stump for a minimal extra charge. His staff were hard working young men very professional.
