Easy to work with! Kind cleaner names Nelya was very accommodating with me and my baby. Schedulers are helpful. Pay with Zelle. Their customer service team called after my first cleaning to ask if anything wasn’t absolutely perfect and will make notes on my profile to make sure it is better next time. Very affordable

Sometimes it is a little difficult to communicate with the actual cleaner as there is a language barrier. We have to use translation apps to communicate sometimes.

Hired for Airbnb rental. Received multiple reviews from guests that the house was dirty, which impacted the appeal of the property to future guests. Asked for full clean of the house and they charge a minimum of 3 hours, but would consistently only clean for 1 hour. If you are not completely specific on what you want to be cleaned, they will not do it. I expected a cleaning company to know what to clean without having a checklist.
