We've earned over 2500+ 5 Star Reviews to date and counting. We can do Sewer Scopes as well. We provide a Full Color Report with over 200+ Pictures included in the report. We go into the attic and crawlspaces and can drone even the steepest and highest roofs. We are here to HELP you, not just perform some boilerplate Home Inspection. Tell us how we can help and we can adjust to your needs, no prob. We also use Thermal Imaging cameras and check for Mold and Asbestos, etc. (Small trip fee if we need to drive over 50 miles, but we'll come to you, no prob)

"We bought the house which was inspected by Titan, and it was done by seller so we were not present. Jaime’s inspection report was very very thorough and really helpful as a buyer. They are very sincere and serious about their job and it shows in their work and commitment to their customers. They don’t miss a tiniest spot and they go above and beyond in satisfying their customer and resolving their queries. I really appreciate their commitment and thoroughness."

Will cover all aspects of the home to provide client with knowledge and understanding of the condition of the home as well as functionality of the systems. Help educate as necessary so you can enjoy and maintain your investment & home. Fully licensed and insured.

"Brian was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful inspector. Some inspectors rush through a job and just document their findings. Brian thinks about potential root causes and explains them to his clients, so that we fully understand the issues in his report. I would definitely hire him again. FLIR infrared imaging for leak detection is included. Highly recommended if you’re purchasing a home!"

Buying a home is an exciting and complex achievement. In order to have a positive purchase experience and feel successful at the time of sale of your property you need to have the right information up front. That is how I can help you and contribute to your success. Home construction is something I am passionate about; I chose to work in this industry because it is always interesting. After 25 years of experience in home construction I have encountered all kinds of imaginative and crazy homes. Now I want you to benefit from what I have learned. As a Certified Home Inspector I will provide you with an inspection report and summary of construction related and safety issues with photos and narratives. My professional home inspection is a visual non-invasive check of all the systems and components of a home. Along with other experts in the field of real estate, I have the knowledge, experience and resources to give you the information you need to help insure a property you like is a good fit for you.

Home Inspection questions, answered by experts

Some of the biggest red flags to look out for after a home inspection include signs of water or moisture damage, missing or damaged shingles, structural problems like bowing roof joists, cracks in the foundation, and signs of pest damage.

These are some of the critical considerations when planning to make your home accessible:

  • How wide are your doorways, wheelchair ramps, hallways, and pathways? These should be at least 32 inches wide.

  • Which bathroom modifications will be necessary?

  • Do you need to lower any cabinetry or other fixtures to make them accessible for wheelchair users?

  • Is there enough room to turn around in the shower?

  • Is there a second story of the home that requires a stair lift?

  • Is there proper lighting outside in the dark? If not, a floodlight may be necessary.

In most cases, you can negotiate after a home inspection and use the issues as leverage to bring down the purchase price of a home. The only exception would be if you waived the home inspection to make your offer more appealing to the seller. In that case, you can still have a home inspection done to identify issues, but you have no recourse to make a counteroffer after you get the inspection results.

A home inspection evaluates the property visually to determine whether there are any structural problems that the current homeowner must repair before selling. A home appraisal is a thorough evaluation of the property and its surrounding area to determine its current market value, which informs homeowners of the value of their home to help set the asking price. The appraisal will guide the mortgage company’s lending decision.

In theory, a regular home inspection and a mobile home inspection accomplish the same things. They ensure there are no issues with the foundation, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, roof, siding, doors, windows, and more. In practice, though, the inspections can differ based on the layout, the type of foundation, and how easily accessible different parts of the home are. Mobile home inspections tend to take a bit longer because it’s more challenging to access home systems, especially if the mobile home doesn’t have an attic or crawl space.
