I don't give 5 stars often but Jon really deserves it. Speedy, responsive, professional. I couldn't have asked for more. $425 for home inspection plus $150 for detached garage.

It was great. My second time using their services. Will use them again if I move again...which might just happen as much as I move.

SPECTACULAR!... this was a stressful time, we expected the service to be stressful - it was the opposite— punctual, informative, gave suggestions, and had a full, in depth (with color pics), emailed by the end of the day— After our purchase we hired again to inspect work that was improperly done- because of his second evaluation of “supposed work”, the seller came back and legitimately fixed the issues— saving us a court issue—

Excellent. Prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, great feedback and photos regarding issues, very quick with the report. Inspection more than paid for itself. Highly recommended.

Showed up on time and immediately commenced inspection. At every step of the way pointed out findings and when applicable gave advice on how to remedy or ensure future problems do not occur. Thoroughly professional and better yet Jon was enthusiastic and clearly passionate about his job. Took the time to explain in layman's terms the issue at hand, and also took extra time to allay fears regarding electrical and wiring conditions. Was respectful of the property he was inspecting. Following the inspection, A-Pro provided a 34 page report detailing issues, solutions and suggestions for maintenance. Very detailed, very exhaustive report that can be used as a checklist going forward. A-Pro is a company I'd quickly and confidently recommend to anyone. Not to overlooked is attitude. Jon was genial and friendly yet remained the consummate professional. We received our $$$ worth and more but beter than that we feel as though we made the perfect decision in hiring A-Pro

They inspected everything. I actually decided to use them based off an inspection report I saw for a different house. We gave them a call and they arrived early to inspect the outside of the house. They covered everything and could tell I was interested so they kept me informed as they went. I will definitely use them again and again for my home inspections.
