Chris and Pierre, his apprentice, figured out what was beeping every 48 seconds in my Master Bath. So that was one problem they solved but it wasn't the dead thermostat. After sending request, they contacted me within the hour and were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Estimate of time required was accurate and rate was reasonable for electrical work. Technician was professional and took time to explain how the original wiring was done and that the Neutral wire, which is normally inert, carried a charge so I'm really, really glad I didn't try and do it myself!

Chris is awesome. I have had multiple issues with my HVAC; we have a very unique house with lots of tricky HVAC problems. I have worked with several different contractors over the past five years to address these issues with little effect. But Chris was able to get it done. He knows his stuff and spent a long time with me to figure out how to fix the problems and do it right. The price was very good and honestly, it's like a whole new system now. So much more efficient and quiet. I couldn't be happier; I only wish I would've called him first. Highly, highly recommend!!

I had a relatively straightforward problem with my HVAC that I wanted somebody else to look at. On the phone, Chris offered to walk me through the process, but I wanted at this point someone else to look at it. I was slightly wrong about what I needed to do, but he straightened it out in short order, and determined that I didn t need to necessarily run a new wire. Everything about this experience was stellar.
