Brian and his crew arrived fifteen minutes early, which was great. They chipped all of the debris, raked up the small branches and blew any sawdust off of the driveway. We certainly will call Elite tree Care when we need more work done, as well as recommending them to friends and family.

He arrived on the scheduled day with a couple of workers, and they climbed up the trees, cut branches with chain saws, and chipped them. They were done in a couple of hours. They cleaned up the yard, including many fallen leaves that were there when they arrived.

Bryan and his team arrived on time and worked VERY quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and were very efficient. I requested on quote for the remaining trees we want removed and we were able to schedule it shortly thereafter. I'm excited for them to come back in February as I know they are reliable and quality.

A large old maple tree in my back yard had significant rot in the main trunk that threatened my house. Bryan was very quick to come out and assess the tree and give me a bid. He and his crew arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job of removing the tree. There were many large branches overhanging the house and they were able to remove these carefully and professionally without risk to the structure. All branches and leaves were hauled away the the remaining wood bucked up into firewood lengths. I would hire these guys again if I need another tree dealt with.

I hired Elite Tree Service in January 2019. I have to hire another company already to drastically trim my birch tree again, as Elite did the minimum and barely took anything off. In fact my renter called then back as they were leaving to do more. I asked for an invoice multiple times and never received one. I changed my mind about cutting down another tree and he wouldn’t refund my money as it was include in the overall estimate.

Bryan and his team did and excellent job on 2 occasions for us. They cut down a pine tree that had become a nuisance and they trimmed several large trees. They are professional, fast and thorough. Bryan provides thoughtful recommendations on the tree trimming and also checked several times to ensure we were happy with the progress. We also appreciate that they do a complete clean up! I highly recommend them!

Bryan and his team were very professional. From his initial bid to the day of service they were very prompt and courteous. The were able to quickly remove our tree and top some others and left our backyard clean and neat. We would definitely use them again.

The Elite Tree Care team did a fantastic job today! They showed up exactly when they said they would, they did exactly what they said they would do -- and then made some additional cuts I requested -- and they were super easy to work with through the entire process of onsite quote, work done, and payment made. Thank you to Bryan and his crew for being professional and no-nonsense. Bryan came over to look at my tree and told me what needed to be done and how much it cost. We scheduled a date and his crew got it all done, and they even cleaned up all the pine needles in the yard, thank you! It was about a ~70 year old pine tree that I guess is about 50-75 feet tall. It was shedding tons (almost literally) of dead needles and was losing branches. Now it's cleaned up and should be good for a long time.

I got 5 separate estimates for mainly 3 large trees, plus one small removal and some pruning. By the time I received all bids, I concluded that there were lumberman (can bring down a tree) and then there were tree specialists. Bryan is an arborist who advised me on the initial 3 trees, giving a professional opinion which differed slightly from what I thought I wanted. By the time we walked my yard which had many more trees and shrubs, he pointed out that he could do a day's worth of work with a crew of 3 on everything, even preventive pruning on an arborvitae hedge and cleaning up of 2 tall spruces that I would not have known myself, also beautifully trimming one large red maple and 3 Japanese maples. His quote was well worth the project, with 3 of the 5 quotes that came in higher with far fewer items. On the day of the service, they were punctual, very efficient, well-orchestrated, each knowing exactly what their task was. We were astonished with the amount of greenery that was trimmed off the property.There was a very methodical approach to clearing, staging and chipping the debris and the property was left very tidy. I am glad to have taken the trouble to get several bids and I learned a lot in the process about trees and pruning. My property is set for a few years now.

Bryan and his crew do excellent work. They cut down 2 dead trees and pruned all the trees on our large property. Bryan is a certified arborist and really knows his trees. He actually hand pruned each tree to let air and light through, the trees look amazing now! This is the 3rd time we’ve hired this company, the first time I got 3 bids. They’ve removed and thinned branches on large trees close to the house. Gives us peace of mind during wind storms. We trust Bryan’s advice highly recommend his work.

I was getting estimates from several service providers & Bryan was one of the bidders. He came out quickly, and gave me an estimate that I was happy with. I let him know we were going to use him and we still had to set a hard date, but he was going to call me to verify. He did not call, but I contacted him & we set up the service for a date which he had already set aside for us. He was out on the date agreed first thing and did a great job getting my trees back into the condition they should be. He had educated to me that my previous service provider had not done the job correctly & I had lots of crossing branches & there was a lot of dead branches too which he cleared out. He did great with the debris clean up and his bid was half of one of my other estimates. He is worthy of a call for an estimate at the least!

EXCEEDED my expectations from the moment I placed my first phone call. I had been searching for months for a certified Arborist without finding one I wanted to do the work or never got call back or vague/protracted estimates. Bryan- owner and Certified Arborist- picked up the phone after 2nd ring, set a time to come out to do the estimate in a few days and was able to do the work the following week!!!!!! A very professional crew of 3+ guys didn’t just show up on time but early to set up!! As I was at work, my mom would send pictures of the work. They were very responsive when I asked them to trim a bit more off one of the trees and were flexible to additional work (at additional cost but totally worth it). Bryan and Elite Tree Service is now THE ONLY tree service I will call. I loved the experience so much I already have planned to have him come out again!!

Brian and his crew of three spent most of the day on our large property expertly and extensively trimming and pruning our trees and evergreen shrubs. They also removed one tree. Brian is a certified arborist and we have some exotic Asian pine trees (including an extremely valuable Japanese black pine) that he precisely and artistically trimmed and pruned. The crew was extremely professional, superbly competent, and friendly. They have a meticulous eye for detail and frequently find and remedy small problems that weren't discussed in the initial review estimate, at no extra charge. They are the consummate professionals and their clean up regimen is extraordinary -- they cleaned up not only their trimmings and pruning but also our own yard and leaf debris and residue. They come with our highest recommendation.

EXCELLENT!!! I was so happy because we called Brian and he came out right away and made the appointment within 7 days time! Unheard of!! The guys came out today and cleaned up the front yard and back yard. Our yard looks brand new and we are so excited to not have to worry about a 30ft dying tree in our back yard coming down this year on our house in a windstorm. Last year 1/2 of it came down on our covered porch. His prices were excellent for the work and they left the yard spotless. We would happily recommend to everyone and would not even call anyone else!! He has our business from now on! These guys are fantastic! The tree was in our suburban back yard. Working within about a 6 x 9 foot space at the bottom of the birch they dropped the tree without damage to a rockery right next to the tree, an adjacent fence (1.5 ft away), an adjacent tall cedar tree (5 feet away), my shed (4 feet away) and a neighbor's shed (8 feet away). Elsewhere in my yard, they also dropped a 40 foot tall cypress tree that had grown into an adjacent playhouse with no damage to the playhouse. They really know what they are doing. Extremely careful and safe. Cleaned up all debris and left me with all wood cut to fireplace length. Took them about 3 hours.

Brian and I did a walk-through earlier and I was impressed that he remembered all the details. He and the 2 helpers showed up promptly at 9 and worked steadily for almost 3 hours. The work and clean-up following were completely satisfactory and I am very pleased with the results.

Overall a poor job. We had specified trimming down hedges, which was done (adequately but not a perfect job). But when we said, you havent touched the sides of the hedge, we were told, you only said trim them “down”; if you want us to trim the sides, that will be extra. We have never had this kind of objection raised before; always before “trimming the hedges” meant the whole hedge, not just one dimension of it. So we were left with a very sloppy looking job and had to do a huge amount of work ourselves to complete the job. I would not rehire these folks again.
