"Excellent workmanship, great natured team. Last minute changes were made because of my inexperience. Designer Concrete responded within 15 minutes of my Angies job submission. Rome had the job done within 4 days of initial contact and it looks great. The team tolerated my 3 large breed dogs really well (they all own dogs, so there were plenty of wet noses in their 'business'. Although you'll pay the price for travel, it's well worth it to escape mediocre Kitsap County concrete work."

"Approached Island about installing a drain or trench in my driveway. They came out and were the first vendor to not just offer an estimate but to say that wasn't the solution to the problem and to describe what was. They were willing to be competitive on price, moved WAY faster than I thought possible, and when they said it would be done in one day, they meant it (other than cleanup), even with discovering a new issue along the way (a real one, not a sketchy upsell). If you need something concrete related, I'd recommend. They offer other services and I'll definitely call them about those as well. The only downside to the experience was that they didn't have an online payment portal or something equally convenient. Thankfully a check worked out but again, who has checks these days? Still, good project experience overall and confident I have the best driveway on the block. That's a dumb thing to have confidence about but still, doesn't make that less true. "

"Had my whole yard redone a year ago. They moved my rock wall back (and got rid of some of my lawn, which I asked for) so that I could have a larger patio area in the back. The dirt they removed was put in the front lawn area so that it was level, and a rock wall was put in. Trees and shrubs were planted, a water fountain and lighting were put in, and my old sprinkler system was replaced. They were professional and I was even gone for 2 weeks on vacation while they worked. I am absolutely thrilled with the end results and have spent so much more on my patio than ever before because it is so relaxing and beautiful now. After the job was completed, I requested their biweekly maintenance. They do garden weeding, raking, edging, mowing and, when necessary, tree trimming. The tree trimming is done correctly and they deadwooded and thinned a tree and 2 rhododendrons that hadn’t been touch in years. They both look so much better and healthier. The workers are prompt, friendly, hardworking, and do great work. I highly recommend them."

"If I could give this company a negative star rating, I would. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, of any type, in my entire life. I had a settling garage and in November 2019 I contacted Robbins to see if they could fix it . After looking at the project, they told me that they could not consider proceeding or giving me an estimate without my obtaining an engineers report. They referred me to an engineer who prepared a report (for $4000) and then provided a copy to me and to Robbins. In January 2020, I contacted Robbins to see if they could give me an estimate based on the report. They said they would get back to me. At minimum, over the next six months, I had at least 10 communications with Robbins (not an exaggeration), either over the telephone or in writing trying to determine the status of my project. During that time, when I contacted them, they either didn’t respond to my communication or told me that they were still “working on it.“ Finally, frustrated after six months, I asked to speak with a supervisor. I explained the situation, he apologized profusely, and told me that he would look into the situation, and get back to me the next day. A week went by and I heard nothing back from the supervisor, as promised. So, I ended up calling the supervisor and asked him what he found out. He told me that based upon the engineering proposal, “this was not a project that they would do.“ I asked him why, if he had the engineering plans for six months, I wasn’t advised sooner that they weren’t going to proceed on the project. He simply said that he thought it had been communicated to me. So, eight months after contacting this company, I have incurred over $4000 in engineering fees and have to start searching for a foundation repair company all over, after wasting my time with Robbins. Obviously, from other reviews, other people have had different experiences with this company. For me personally, I have never been treated so poorly with customer service or had such a horrible experience."

"Slow, long construction job. Sun room built mostly the way we wanted. Requested larger windows, they put in what they wanted. Slow to complete job, Jake was easy to work with, his brother an ***. Had water leaks the last two years during the wet season. Called to report with the company, no calls back. Considering small claims court to get repairs, sloppy work during roofing portion of job"
