We hired Eloy after getting 5 bids. We liked his approach to the project and his bid was very competitive. Eloy has great customer service. He responds quickly to emails and texts. He was very prompt and was on time for every step of the process. If he said he was going to show up at specific time he was there. His tear down of the old driveway and path was very efficient. He didn't damage anything other than the driveway. He took time to help eliminate water that was under our old driveway and make recommendations on other fixes. His crew that poured the new driveway worked hard and did any amazing job. The quality of their work is outstanding. I couldn't believe how clean our yard looked after Eloy had cleaned up. I would highly recommend Eloy and his crew. Their work was top notch.

This company was wonderful for us. Eloy and crew were very thorough and careful in demolishing our old driveway and constructing a new one, including a French drain. It took a long time because Covid pandemic hit in the middle of the project and we had to wait for materials. Eloy was very patient and communicated by email & in person frequently to keep us updated. Once we were able to get materials he did not rush to complete but carefully waited for weather conditions to be favorable for pouring (this was a big long driveway). We appreciated his expertise and thoroughness and highly recommend this company.

Unlike most contractors, he answered my initial contact quickly and came to my house within days to give a bid. He always showed up on time. He had one helper and they really hustled. You can tell they care about quality. Afterwards they went around the yard and picked up any leftover scraps. Professional, friendly and respectful.

Great experience. Had five bids to replace the eight steps original to my 1948 house. Eloy was in the middle and very highly rated. Good communication. Old steps demolished and forms placed in one day. Concrete work done one day following week.

This was a great experience. We had a back patio poured. Eloy was great to work with, very knowledgeable. Some of my ideas weren't a good idea and Eloy walked me through why they weren't a good idea. Prompt, reliable, knew what they were doing, and worked hard to quickly demolish the old and install the new public sidewalk (Seattle city right of way). Got all the required permits on their own to make it easy for us. I recommend them.

Eloy and his crew poured and finished a 1200sq/ft basement for me. He and his crew are hard working and really do nice work. He is reasonably priced and very accommodating. I always read reviews before hiring for this type of work. Eloy has a bunch of great reviews and one bad one. In my opinion, throw out the negative one. We wanted a concrete RV parking area next to our garage that would extend off our driveway. We hired American Concrete Strong after getting a quote from Eloy. They were able to start the job within a couple of days. Eloy is passionate about concrete work, and it shows. He and his crew are professional, and worked hard to make everything perfect. They were timely, communicative, and meticulous. We are very pleased with our new RV parking area, and would hire them again if needed.
