He gave us a quote well under others and they were here the next day. They ran into several other issues as well. "Discovered my water heater was leaking like a sieve about 8pm on a Wednesday, called a few places none could guarantee next day. Then I contacted Knockout, were able to accommodate the next morning and price was as good or better than the others. A half hour later a tech called to walk me through turning off and draining the broken water heater. Next morning at 9:30am the Knockout guy arrived and by noon I was taking the best shower of my life. Water heater is performing great, seems like top quality as was the service. Highly recommend!"

"My water leak situation was a little difficult, but DEAR Services was very patient and willing to work with me, both the front desk and the technician Seyed. I felt very welcomed and respected for the $1,400 I've spent with them. The technician Seyed had kindly waved my dispatch fee and beat a competitor's quote with excellent services. I am glad I chose them instead and saved a few hundred dollars since my insurance deductible is too high. He also offered for a free post repair check up should the need arise when my next water bill comes. My tenant and I are very happy with the repair; I will definitely use them again for future projects. However, the post project services could be improved with front desk, not sure if it was technical problems between them and HomeAdvisor, but I was ghosted by front desk and didn't get my receipt 3 days after, I had to call in to get that sent."
