"This companies service department was great. Sales department wasn’t very thorough so the initial install had to be rescheduled but Joe from service was very personable and finished my fairly complex water softener install in 2 hours and it looks great. "Discovered my water heater was leaking like a sieve about 8pm on a Wednesday, called a few places none could guarantee next day. Then I contacted Knockout, were able to accommodate the next morning and price was as good or better than the others. A half hour later a tech called to walk me through turning off and draining the broken water heater. Next morning at 9:30am the Knockout guy arrived and by noon I was taking the best shower of my life. Water heater is performing great, seems like top quality as was the service. Highly recommend!"
