He did not try to "over sell" the two items that needed replacing. the toilet had a crack and the water heater had burst and it was a Sunday. I was frantically cleaning up water when Zach arrived on the scene. He not only fixed the problem right away but kindly helped me with the clean up. "G&S sent out separate teams of technicians for each of our jobs, and all were very professional and courteous. The water heater service fee was $129, which was eventually removed from the total invoice. We ended up paying $2,095.83 for the replacement of our water heater. 
The service fee for electrical work was waived, and the technicians communicated well with us on what we were planning for the future in regards to the eventual upgrading of additional circuits within our house. Drywall was removed to install the larger electrical panel and wiring, and it was replaced but the finishing work was not included in our cost. Our invoice for these tasks was $3,607.
Overall, care was taken by the technicians - they removed their shoes when inside and laid down dropcloths and cardboard on our hardwood floors. We do wish that technicians had laid dropcloths or sheets (or advised us to do so) around the electrical panel, as dust from drywall removal got everywhere."
