"Miguel is my new plumber from now on- he was very patient in explaining what I needed to know about the job on hand. He was very polite and made sure I was comfortable with the choice I made. He also gave me proposals for a future project (possibly changing my water heater because itâ s 11 years old now , no issues-not leaking but I want to be proactive and to increase the property value as well). I will gladly recommend him to anybody who needs a new plumber. Heâ s just down right AWESOME!"

"Discovered my water heater was leaking like a sieve about 8pm on a Wednesday, called a few places none could guarantee next day. Then I contacted Knockout, were able to accommodate the next morning and price was as good or better than the others. A half hour later a tech called to walk me through turning off and draining the broken water heater. Next morning at 9:30am the Knockout guy arrived and by noon I was taking the best shower of my life. Water heater is performing great, seems like top quality as was the service. Highly recommend!"
