His attention to my concerns about how the install would look in the interior and exterior is one of the reasons I chose Green City. The install went well, and since I own an older home, we couldn't run the refrigerant lines through the attic as we expected. The team came up with good alternative options, and in the end there was minimal impact to the exterior of the home. That, and running the conduit around the exterior looks way better than I had imagined. Even in our small house, the ducted system was the way to go. Mark and his installers were professional and efficient, and answered all my questions. There was a small issue where I initially got the wrong specs for the electrical, and as a result I had the electrician install unnecessary circuits, but Marc reimbursed me for the cost."
