Another gentleman was sent to re-insulated and belly bonded and worked on the crawlspace, next day came back to take pictures and bought materials for the left side of the house, rebuild it with wood beams and concrete post. 3rd day, bought new screen cover for the air vents around the house, about 8 to 10 of them. I was very pleased with their work."

He took out our tub and single shower and installed 2 shower head bathroom with heated flooring, floating vanity, and another light above the shower. He is respectful of our home and a dog person for sure! He left everything nice and neat and went through thoroughly to ensure he did not leave any dust or debris past his working hours. After meeting several Contractors (and I mean several) we decided to go with Pete/Excel after reviewing Angies List and recommendations on the Next Door app and it is by far THE BEST decision I've made. After working with a few different contractors over the past couple years I can finally say that I've found Pete/Excel as someone I plan to work with on all my future projects. When I first met Pete I thought he was very engaging, genuine and knowledgeable. We did our initial walk-through and provide some very valuable insight on the upcoming work and even provide some cost effective ways of completing the project. When the project started things moved pretty quickly and the onsite team of Sean and Francis were an absolute pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and professional and always walked my wife and I through progress at the end of each day, subcontractors always arrived on-time and were very professional and hard working. After everyone left I would go check out the work and can say that I rarely found anything wrong or that needed to be fixed! It was very refreshing to not have to worry about things getting done.
