I hired Topaz Remodeling to replace my front porch, including tearing out the damaged surface, installing a proper drain (the original builder’s oversight caused major leaks), and repairing the resulting damage to the floor, hardwood, and basement. The owner’s communication was excellent, keeping me informed about schedules and progress. They even finished ahead of the estimated timeline. Omar, the project lead, was phenomenal. We chose Topaz Remodeling to remove our old deck and build a new one from scratch. Right from the start, I was impressed by Shalev and his crew. We choose to remove an old wooden deck and replace with composite boards and steel railings. I had a lot of questions to ask. Shalev graciously answered them all and showed pictures of recently completed work to give a visual idea of what the end product could look like. Built an ADA compliant ramp w platforms over existing stair and entry landing. Fair price, great work, great crew, worked fast without cutting corners. Also translated my less-than precise plans 𠤣. Made good suggestions without pressure. Planning to use them again.

The bid was fair and the quality and craftsmanship were exceptional. They were respectful of our property and cleanup was performed as the project advanced. Progress pics were taken and sent to my wife and I. I highly recommend Topaz to anyone with any project.

Topaz remodeling really took care off me and promised everything they gave. Joe the contractor was very friendly ,professional,and neat.Before they worked they covered the floors and appliances we were still using to make sure they didn't get damaged appreciated that. loved the kitchen they did for us,they did the tile flooring,backsplash,and cabinets.Will definitely be calling them back for future projects.

Jo is the man, helped me from start to finish. everything that was promised and said was given to me. No extra chargers in the middle of the job which I appreciated the most. My wife and I were looking to renovate our kitchen. We began our search for a good contractor late of 2018 and ended up choosing to work with Topaz Remodeling in early 2019. They were very professional, sat with us, asked our needs & came for a second meeting with a beautiful 3D design. They were not pushy and had a reasonable price and so we decided to close with them. They showed us samples of woods, countertops and etc and helped us make a decision. They delivered the job about 6 days ahead of scheduale which made us very happy and in addition gave us a good warranty. Would definitely recommend them.

They were amazing! They managed to completely make my dream kitchen. I am really picky about certain things but they did such an outstanding job that I had not even one complaint. TALK TO JOE. Joe is the best he is the reason why my dream kitchen came into existence, he is honest, understanding, and has an amazing taste design. Joe listened to exactly and understood exactly what I was looking for in a kitchen and it came out perfect. I never want to leave my kitchen now and I'm so happy with the results. Topaz remodeling Inc was my kitchen remodeling contractor, from the beginning of the project to the end, Joe and his team were the best team I could ever wished for. Joe is an incredible person and incredibly good at his Job, what was impressive was the responsiveness and patients of Joe to emails/texts/calls. I had my complete kitchen and dining area done and the project was completed 5 days before the contract final completion date. I got 5 bids for my remodeling project and topaz remodeling quote was not the lowest but kind of in the middle price range. Let me tell you, it was worth every penny spent, I love my new kitchen and will hire them in the future for my next projects. Thank you Joe for everything you done for us.
