We were having trouble with our water heater and he was able to diagnose the problem and help us explore our options. We ended up replacing the unit and Jordan was able to help us find the right unit for our needs. He installed the new heater quickly and cleanly and was able to take the old one away for us. He explained the settings on the new heater to us and was quick to respond to a call when we had a follow-up question. The heater has worked perfectly since and we are very glad we found Jordan. Some service people in the past have made us feel stupid or like we are inconveniencing them by hiring them. Jordan was very nice and seemed genuinely happy to help us out.
