Pete also scheduled his subcontractors in a well coordinated manner. Particularly good work was performed by his drywall & painting subcontractor, as well as his tile floor/shower tile subcontractor. All in all, strong execution by Excel General Contracting. We are now also having Pete quote on an additional project for us given this performance."
