"I highly recommend this company for any of your construction or carpentry needs. Cary came out to evaluate a problem at the edge of the roof, that the builder, Robinette Bros. could not resolve and ignored when the solution did not work. It is a new house and the leak due to bad installation of roof facia, flashing and tiles. Cary resolved it!!!!! After meeting 4 other roofers, Cary was different. First he got up on the roof to really look at the problem. Tested it out with a container of water. Gave us a fair quote. Other quotes from other roofers were 2 to 3 times as much. Cary was kind, professional and talked through his process and what he will be doing. He always in was in contact with us and came and finished the job on time and as promised. We will employ him for other future jobs. It is hard to find someone like Cary with a great work ethic. Thank you Cary!"

"We needed a light fixture installed on the outside of our house. This required cutting a hole in the siding on our brand new house. I had heard a lot of good things about Side Pro so I gave them a call. They exceeded all of our expectations. Their receptionist was very helpful and professional and scheduled someone to come do the work in less than one week. The installer arrived on time and cut the hole, installed the block and flashing, caulked around the edge, in about 30 minutes and it looks fantastic. I will definitely recommend and hire Side Pro again for any siding, roofing or painting that I need done in the future."

"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

Our job lead, Mike, did a wonderful job walking us through the process and providing constructive feedback and guidance to get us towards an ideal design. He even let us know places where improvements weren't urgent, even if that meant Perdue making less money from us, which is an uncommon level of integrity. The crew working on the job were also great - reliable, hard-working, tidy, and communicative - we especially appreciated that they asked questions when uncertain on how we'd want particular things handled (e.g. light fixture installation) vs just doing what they thought was best, a pattern we've seen with other contractors. Job: Repair/replace trim/siding on my two-story house prior to painting. Pros: current business license, bond, and insurance on file with WA state; communicative and responsive; fair cost estimates; no unnecessary padding in his estimate of scope of work; open to negotiation and discussion throughout the job; used high-quality materials; high-quality workmanship; efficient and thorough when on-site; corrected any of his own mistakes at no cost to customer; 85% cleanup job/hauling away old/used house trim materials. Cons: took a few days longer than necessary/than originally projected/proposed due to interspersed 4-day vacations (one or two days either side of a weekend - punctuality concern); lack of diligence keeping worksite cleaned of old/used caulk, nails, and wood chips from old trim (required a little bit of cleanup from customer)"
