I highly recommend Chris at Eastside Emerald Home Repair! Chris totally remodeled my kitchen & as a result of how great that looks, I had him work on many other smaller projects. Chris is a great communicator, reliable, trustworthy, and creative w/ challenging situations. He is a professional who often exceeds expectations (he can be a perfectionist!). I've referred him to a few friends, who have also been extremly pleased w/ his work. Chris charges a reasonable rate, for the professional job you'll receive. And on top of that, he's also a really nice guy to work with - I can't recommend Chris enough! ð

Chris is an excellent handyman who went above and beyond on the job. I had him do 3 jobs and everything was done perfectly. He offered me advice on some other things I need to do. The prices are very reasonable so I donâ t have to justify paying to get things done that I can do myself. I typically do most small jobs myself but being single taking care of the house and yard is a bit much. Now I have someone I can count on to do these extra jobs for me. I highly recommend Chris but as the other review says I hesitate to do so as I donâ t want him to get too busy and then he canâ t get to the work I want done.

Heâ s got the whole package. Super smart, fantastic communication, does exactly what he says, value for the money, very easy to work with. I sort of hate to recommend him because I would rather keep him to myself, but yeah, he is great.

Chris was great and did the job right. Down to earth guy

Chris was super easy to work with and completed the job to spec. We needed a section of our floorboards to be cut out/replaced and Chris ensured that the repair work included structural reinforcement, and the end result was level with the remainder of the floor. We're very happy with the work done and plan on having some additional work done by Chris in the near future!
