Larry, Lissy, and the whole team have been amazing right from the beginning. They've been taking care of everything from getting/retaining tenants, scheduling and working with contractors for repairs, regular walkthroughs to ensure the tenants are taking care of the place. They have been really good about managing the correct rent cost based on fair market and we've only have a few short periods without tenants the entire time it's been managed by them. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a rental management company.

Larry and his team are excellent. Not only is Three Keys very affordable compared to many other Seattle area property managers they are extremely responsive. Larry was able to rent out my single family open in only a few days while over the July 4th holiday and for a much better price then I was doing by myself.

In the last couple of years since three keys has been managing my property there was a water leak that led to damage to the hardwood floor in my house. I received an excellent service from them in terms of co-ordinating with my tenant, visiting the property to stop water supply , co-ordinate with contractors and insurance reps to go through all the formalities and get the floor replaced as well as replacing the faulty appliances. I did not have to worry about anything and all along the way I kept getting regular status updates on the project. I am very satisfied with the reliable and professional support I have continued to receive so far from three keys property management and would definitely recommend them for your rental needs.

Larry and the Three Keys team are indispensable partners who manage our rental property in Issaquah. They respond super quickly whenever any issues come up, communicate clearly, and are on top of all of the maintenance and are meticulous about sending documentation about any expenses that come our way.
