"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

"Bottom line up front: I would hire Maksim Max Chirva again if I needed more exterior/building work completed on my house in the future. Job: Repair/replace trim/siding on my two-story house prior to painting. Pros: current business license, bond, and insurance on file with WA state; communicative and responsive; fair cost estimates; no unnecessary padding in his estimate of scope of work; open to negotiation and discussion throughout the job; used high-quality materials; high-quality workmanship; efficient and thorough when on-site; corrected any of his own mistakes at no cost to customer; 85% cleanup job/hauling away old/used house trim materials. Cons: took a few days longer than necessary/than originally projected/proposed due to interspersed 4-day vacations (one or two days either side of a weekend - punctuality concern); lack of diligence keeping worksite cleaned of old/used caulk, nails, and wood chips from old trim (required a little bit of cleanup from customer)"

"Brad came to look at the siding on 100+ year old house. Because I have 5 year plans to expand the house and separated garage, we went through lots of scenarios for protecting the house now for less money since everything will be redone during the expansion. And Brad was amazing. He helped me figure out a plan that was affordable and made so much sense for what I’m looking to do. I don’t always have the greatest experiences with various folks involved in home repair (plumbers, electricians), and was almost crying by how understanding and helpful he was. I wasn’t upsold anything and when he left I felt so much more informed and excited to have found my siding people for when I do replace it all down the line. Thank you to Brad!!"

"I hired AzaPro after getting bids from several companies. They offered me the best price, but were also responsive and knowledgeable. The house is a rental - and it really was a mess. They did such an awesome job! They were experienced and caused minimal trauma to my renters. I live out of state and was not on site when the job was done. I have learned they are very trustworthy. Very. They are awesome to work with - easy to get a hold of - I can call Abad with a question or concern and he answers the phone! They have exceeded my expectations and I look forward to our next project together!"

"My experience with Fulltime Contractor (Jason Olinger) was VERY disappointing. The project, contracted for an eight-week timeline, remained largely unfinished more than 2 years later. Jason repeatedly assured me that work was progressing and that issues would be resolved, but many of these promises were never fulfilled. There was almost no meaningful oversight, and serious problems were routinely blamed on his crew (Jason wouldn't take responsibility). Workmanship fell well below professional standards: siding installed out of level, missing flashing, improperly installed house wrap, and damaged materials used. The jobsite was unsafe, with debris and nails left around the property, causing damage and multiple punctured tires. The price was fair. The problem was his unwillingness to correct mistakes if it reduced his profit. He requested progress payments while work remained incomplete. I strongly urge others to go with a different contractor, one who actually cares about your home."

It is always nice when you get to work with someone who specializes in their industry's knowledge, and gives you all of the options without being pushy. I would highly recommend them! We were also working with a portion of the job that was shared with a neighbor, and getting the quotes split up for that was very easy. "

"My stucco windows was damaged from the bomb cyclone. The first company that I hired wasn't able to get it done because they couldn't get the right foam profiles. The project dragged on almost a year. That's when Rene came to the rescue. Rene was able to get the right parts and repair the damage promptly. The texturing and painting match the existing perfectly with high craftsmanship. The price was reasonable too. Rene has earned the rights to be my stucco man."
