Bottom line up front: I would hire Maksim Max Chirva again if I needed more exterior/building work completed on my house in the future. Job: Repair/replace trim/siding on my two-story house prior to painting. Pros: current business license, bond, and insurance on file with WA state; communicative and responsive; fair cost estimates; no unnecessary padding in his estimate of scope of work; open to negotiation and discussion throughout the job; used high-quality materials; high-quality workmanship; efficient and thorough when on-site; corrected any of his own mistakes at no cost to customer; 85% cleanup job/hauling away old/used house trim materials. Cons: took a few days longer than necessary/than originally projected/proposed due to interspersed 4-day vacations (one or two days either side of a weekend - punctuality concern); lack of diligence keeping worksite cleaned of old/used caulk, nails, and wood chips from old trim (required a little bit of cleanup from customer)

Prompt, professional, and friendly. Surrounding neighbors were pleased with work ethic and cleanup. Would definitely use again.

Max and his crew are hard workers they arrive every day punctually. We have not completed our projects yet but we are very happy so far. Max is replacing two sides of our house siding, painting our house and out building as well as building a deck with cover off the back of our home. I would highly recommend them.

They did great work. The job was finished quicker than expected. They cleaned up their messes and kept the job site clean. I got several bids and was happy I went with them. I'll use them again if I have more siding work to be done.

Great quality work. Max knows what he is doing. He's been doing siding for many years and has all the right tools and skills. His pricing was fair because he doesn't have all the overhead that the bigger companies have. They showed up on time everday and started work promptly. They cleaned up after it was all done and left a happy customer.

They were ready to work! Came out and looked at my project on a Thursday, was done the following week. I had several small areas that needed replacement of damaged siding, as well as a larger section around a garage that they did all new siding. They cleaned up all the debris- very easy and good experience.

Max siding did a fabulous job on replacing the failed siding my house. Worked in all the weather, to complete the work timely. The quality of work was top notch considering the inclement weather the crew had to deal with. Pricing was very reasonable! Max was very prompt to respond to my needs; partial siding replacement, about 25% of the total house, completed within 2 weeks during the rainy season. The work was completed within 10 days of hiring . I have recommended him to my Realtor for future needs with siding replacement for other home sellers.
