JP Building, Inc. is an excellent company. They did a spectacular job on my home’s stucco - a truly high-end finish. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right, including installing proper siding under the stucco to prevent moisture damage. They provided feedback about our intended design, which improved the final result. Also, their pricing was fair for the quality. We truly couldn’t be happier with their work. The one improvement they could make is better communication about their daily schedule, but that minor inconvenience is worth it for their artistry and expertise.

They applied stucco over 2 brick chimneys whose original brick was badly spalling. They also obtained and installed chimney caps. It looks perfect. They were meticulous.

The stucco work looks great! Natalie, the customer service person was very nice and responsive. Andrey the main person was knowledgeable about the work but a little scattered on the paperwork, much better in person and technical aspects. The price was reasonable. The workmen were hardworking and pleasant. They even did some touch up painting around windows. Having had previous stucco work by a different company (where the old stucco was totally removed down to the wood framing and replaced) I expected but didnâ t know exactly what this job would entail. This time they patched the cracks and covered the old wall with new stucco without removing the old stucco.

Overall, I got the finished product I wanted but I needed to be present for much of it to provide necessary input. The crew was very nice and worked extremely hard while they were on site but there were blocks of days when didn't show up. Final clean up was marginal, leaving quite a bit for us to do.
