As a developer and builder I seldom have subs that perform beyond my expectations. However with Juan and his crew at Mayoral Plastering that happened. Mine was a tough stucco repair and they did a first class job at a fair price. If you have stucco needs and donâ t use Juan, your making a mistake.

Mayoral Plastering did an incredible job restoring the exterior of my 90+ year old home into a modern masterpiece. This was a very challenging exterior plastering project with many irregularities and unexpected conditions due to the age of the home. The project scope included demolition of the old plaster and lathe and installation of a new three coat, smooth-finish system. The Mayoral team was always professional, timely, responsive, attentive to detail, flexible, and accommodating of requests as the project unfolded. The team always communicated clearly so there were no surprises and they were intent on providing finish samples and options before choosing the final finish. They were great at coordinating with other trades as needed. I would recommend Mayoral Plastering to anyone looking to stucco or plaster their renovation or new construction project. If a high quality, beautiful, and built-to-last stucco/plastering project is your goal, this is the right team for the job.
