"Dave took 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom and created al master suite. He enlarged and upgraded the bathroom and made one elegant bedroom. Dave is a perfectionist and the work reflects it. He is also very creative and loves his job. We couldn't ask for more: The remodel is beautiful, artistic and practical, the price reasonable, and he and his crew were a delight to have around--polite, respectful and fun. Millennium Specialties exceeded our expectations and more!"

They work fast to get old shingles off (three layers) had to replace some plywood and 2x8's.They worked in the rain until it turned into hail. Nice people, neat and organized.
