We needed a new hand built Victorian/European fireplace with frame work, mantel and decorations. After three years of searching for a professional carpenter to do the specialized work for the fireplace, we found Val. Val knew instinctively what we were needing for the fireplace. Val is an intelligent master craftsman in carpentry and has the knowledge, skills and the ability as well as the passion and commitment to his work, All of these traits are shown in the quality of his work and in the end product. The client/professional carpenter relationship was excellent. We will hire Val again.

I was looking for someone to remodel a winder stairway corner into a regular stair, so a stair chairlift could be installed. I had been told it "could not be done". Val put together the perfect solution. He is an accomplished professional and talented carpenter, who pays attention to detail and tries to please his customer. I am hoping he will be available to finish all my remodel and repair projects. He just moved to Indiana and HURRAH for us !!!

My 32 X 24 Deck was in the poorest condition. 30 years old, rotting, crumbling, and requiring code updates. Val came out, spent time studying the Deck. Val patiently explained what was needed and what it would cost. He told me how long it would take and when he could start. Val was right on the money; in fact, he finished a day early. All materials were removed and hauled away. When my friends, neighbors come over all I get are complements on my beautiful Deck. Ià ¢à  à  m so impressed with the work performed by Val. Val is a great craftsman who knows his work well. I would have no problem in hiring Val again.

Val was very professional and really helped us out when we were in a tight spot. We had previously hired contractors that we eventually had to fire since they wouldn't show up to finish the job. Val was out to quote quickly and let us know of the lead time due to specialty sizing on our doors. He installed in two days, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of his work! Thanks for a quicker turnaround time than any other contractor or big box store!
