Our project was the addition of a roof to protect our front door and second floor landing from the weather. The owner, Rod Hilkiah, listened carefully to our description of the project and asked questions to be certain he understood our vision of the finished result. He submitted drawings of the project we could make adjustments and then submitted a bid detailing material costs and estimated time, even suggesting ways that we might save some money. Every aspect of the job was executed with courtesy and professionalism. Moreover, the project was completed a little under bid, with the savings passed on to us.
