The deck wasn?t the right size. Project manager rarely supervised work and was repeatedly done incorrectly. They even had to tear off the surface and start over a couple times. They used wood that was already splintered. They kept adding money to the final total and expected payment immediately but when they owed us they had no record of the proper calculations. The backyard was a muddy mess because they started during the rainy season even though that?s when the project should?ve been finished according to their timeline. We signed the contract in May. Unhappy with the current state. The permit is still open and they ignore contact from the city. "
