"Dave took 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom and created al master suite. He enlarged and upgraded the bathroom and made one elegant bedroom. Dave is a perfectionist and the work reflects it. He is also very creative and loves his job. We couldn't ask for more: The remodel is beautiful, artistic and practical, the price reasonable, and he and his crew were a delight to have around--polite, respectful and fun. Millennium Specialties exceeded our expectations and more!"

"We hired Precision Painting and Construction for 2 different projects, and weâ re currently working on a third. They painted our interior walls, which was incredibly challenging due to molding that was adhered to the walls from the previous owner. The painting looks excellent. We also had them build a new wall with a doorway to make another bedroom out of a loft space. The wall looks beautiful. We currently have them painting our kitchen cabinets. Justin and the crew are easy and wonderful to work with, theyâ re efficient, and pay attention to detail. Theyâ re responsive when we have questions and provide accurate estimates when needed. Would highly recommend."
