"Pressure washing went fine (missed a section). Painting ok but did not prep like promised. Re-caulking was not done. Screw holes left by previous gutters etc. were not filled but just painted over. Contract said 2 coats of paint but only got one (no back roll but was not in contract). No crew but only 1 man (he was fast - painted house and trim in 2 days). House was decent but trim was a bit sloppy (not clean lines, trim paint drops on deck steps etc.). All in all, B- to B."

Jerry was responsive to my concerns and made an effort to address any issues. I wanted the gutter painted as I noticed the unpainted gutters attract dirt and stain over time and Jerry had no problem adding that to the bid. Most of the work was completed by his worker. However, Jerry completed the touch up work himself. He did provide a high quality paint and 2 coats. Jerry was really good about checking the quality of the prep work and the paint job.
