"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"My project went well. I’m a General Contractor and use Custom Contracting’s services often. This project included re doing all of the cornice and siding on a two story home. From tear off to install, everything went very smoothly. Custom has great field management and they are quick to address any issues that typically arise when a job is in production. Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

This is a family owned business, that provide outstanding service, we have referred him to our neighbor, we would not hestitate to use this company in the future. Very pleased. They are located in Front Royal Virginia just to make sure you have the right company.

"Not only did Jason make my day by letting me know that the cracks were a normal part of the house settling and no repairs were needed, he also took the time to show me a few other structural incidents around the house. He pointed out a few things that we could purchase on our own to keep moisture away from under the house and answered a few general questions I had about some other places in the house. When I asked the charge at the end, he said absolutely nothing. I was shocked and was incredibly impressed at the information he elected to give me about our home and that it was for no other reason than just to help me understand our house and potential things that could happen down the line. He was professional and courteous and I learned a ton (that I didn't expect to but was quite glad I did) in a matter of 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this company and if we do have any structural work done, I will definitely contact Jason and his company.

He also has fantastic decorating sense and will always offer suggestions if one isn't sure what they want. He has done all of my renovation work and I have his number on speed dial for future projects!"

The counter tops needed replacing, the cabinets were fading and coming off the walls in several places, I needed new appliances, and the walls and cabinets needed new paint and backsplash. Ryan’s remodeling took care of it all, and it looks as good as new! The guy was punctual, knowledgeable, and got it done in a weekend. I would definitely use them again for any other projects I have."
