"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. "Overall, substandard. William (painter) confirmed 2 coats of paint reqd & confirmed he could make repairs on swirl-textured surfaces. Textured surface repair was just to glop more paint in a swirl "pattern", several areas showed that 2 coats were not applied as required with original paint showing thru. I pointed out problem areas, he did not fix them. Had 3 gal wall paint left, 1 1/2 gal ceiling paint left (he told me how much was required). Told me not to worry, his standards were higher than mine. Ha! He recommended that I paint my beautifully stained baseboard...no way. Evident why when he didn't cut in on wall edge of baseboard. More paint gaps there. There is no way I would let him set foot in my house again based on his crappy paint job. Photos can be provided upon request."
