Ensure all journeymen have everything they need for the project. Conduct jobsite safety. Work as team member insulate boilers, HVAC duct work and pipes on new construction. Used proper PPE including hard hat, safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, safety sleeves. Operate manual lift (JLG) and other small auto machinery as needed at project site. Work with proper PPE, strip old insulation, install new insulation on pipes and wiring using hand tools. Follow safety guidelines per OSHA regulations Replace fiberglass insulation from attics with new insulation or materials. Wire prefabricated asbestos covering around steam and hot water piping. Insulate commercial and residential buildings using a fiberglass blow in insulation. Install metal and pvc jackets. "JES Foundation contracts all their electrical work out to Root Electric. In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrew afterwards walked me through everything that was done, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up afterwards very well. "Extremely disappointed with this company. They do not stand by their guarantees. Did install shower in one day. Was not provided with the shower head I ordered. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."
