Electrician was right on time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what might have happened and the steps he took before replacing the items. Interesting and informative. I would love to give this vendor all A's but I thought the price, for the switch and outlet, was a little high ($84), based upon the same items at the local home stores, so I had to grade a B in that one area. Perhaps its industry standard to have that much mark up, and perhaps Asbury is right at fair market price (or better) with other vendors, I don't know. I'm grading based upon the only information that I have."
